Account Manager — Advertising Agency – Digital Marketing
Cactus Sky Digital is an established Digital marketing and advertising agency. We are looking for an account service professional that is eager to take the primary role in developing and managing the agency’s client relationships and become the person who can improve the agency’s client service. You need to be knowledgeable and passionate about advertising and marketing, know how to humanize relationships, be detail oriented and able to manage multiple assignments.
Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary depending upon capability and experience, plus a generous incentive package, Health insurance, voluntary dental and supplemental insurances, PTO and more.

Candidates are expected to take the lead in the account development and service cycle, including advance work; qualification and identification of business needs through solution development; presentation, and service. You should be able to manage and grow new and existing accounts and relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide outstanding account service to clients
- Act as the primary client contact
- Humanize client relationships
- Receive client briefings, develop clear, concise and solid creative briefs
- Write and present client calendars and proposals
- Proactively and independently understand, anticipate, manage and quickly respond to needs and requests of clients, agency teams and other partners
- Initiate communication between internal staff and clients as necessary
- Collaborate with the creative team to prepare and present deliverables
- Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor job status
Apply if you have the following skills:
- 3+ years advertising agency experience
- A solid understanding of the agency process
- Experience with online marketing; email, social media a strong plus
- Experience in the automotive industry a strong plus
- Bachelor’s Degree or greater
